DOES IT HAVE A SCENT?
Because our moss is 100% natural, a faint scent may be present when a piece first arrives. This typically fades within a week, and most customers never notice it. If it lingers, a light spray of fabric freshener near (not directly on) the moss will resolve it quickly.

WHAT IS PRESERVED MOSS?
All Nôi Studio pieces use Grade A preserved moss — 100% natural moss and botanicals treated with a glycerin-based process that halts growth while keeping natural color, texture, and shape. No watering, no direct sunlight, no trimming — with proper care, pieces hold their appearance for 5–7 years.
