What is preserved moss?
All Nôi Studio pieces use Grade A preserved moss — 100% natural moss and botanicals treated with a glycerin-based process that halts growth while keeping their natural color, texture, and shape.
Does preserved moss continue to grow?
No. The preservation process stops all growth. What arrives is exactly what stays — no trimming, no watering, no change in size, ever.
Do I need to water or maintain preserved moss art?
No. Preserved moss requires no watering, no sunlight, and no ongoing care. It keeps its color and shape naturally.
Where should I display my piece, and can I touch it?
Preserved moss art is for indoor display only, kept away from direct sunlight and humidity. We recommend not touching the moss directly, as natural oils from hands can affect its texture over time.
How do I clean my moss piece?
Preserved moss needs very little upkeep — a light vacuuming on a low setting, once or twice a year, is enough to keep it dust-free. No water, no sprays, no wiping.
How long does preserved moss last?
With Nôi Studio's in-house preservation process, pieces are backed by a 12-month guarantee and, with proper care, keep their natural color and shape for 5–7 years with no maintenance.
Can moss wall art be custom-sized?
Yes. Several pieces, such as "No frame - No boundaries," are made to custom dimensions. Contact Nôi Studio for a quote based on your space.
How do I place a custom order?
Every custom piece starts with a consultation to understand your space and vision, followed by a design proposal and quote. Once you approve the design, we require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer for all orders, including international clients — this is the standard method our customers in Singapore and other countries use.
Does Nôi Studio ship to Singapore?
Yes. Nôi Studio ships to customers in Vietnam and Singapore.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping cost depends on the size of the piece, the shipping carrier's rate, and the destination country. Share your address with us and we'll provide an accurate shipping quote alongside your order.
Will my piece be damaged during delivery?
No. Preserved moss is dormant and won't spoil or wilt in transit. Each piece ships in a specialized, disinfected wooden crate designed to protect it throughout the journey.
